Vice President of Sales for CSH, Stan Smeltzer is a Sales Professional, with Business education from York College of Pennsylvania and numerous certifications in Sales, Marketing and Leadership training. His experience spans over 35 years assisting Fortune 1000 companies with Business Services and Software to better manage their Employees Life Cycle. It gives him joy to work with business leaders that apply leading edge technology to manage their employee and customer partnerships. "The keys to success in life are Enthusiasm, a Positive Attitude, Honesty, Moral Character and a Strong Faith." Actively involved in the local community, he is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sales & Marketing Association, St. Peter's Church, and serves as an Elder, Teacher and sings on the Worship Team. He also is a Promise Keeper and Lay Coordinator with Lay Renewal Ministries. Stan gives glory to God for the blessings of his wife, Vi for over 40 years, 3 children, 4 beautiful grandchildren and Shadow their border collie. He enjoys gatherings with family and friends, being a steward of God's creation where they live, traveling in their motor home, biking, Christian music, golfing, working out at the fitness center, relaxing in the spa and vacationing in motor home.
