Presently a Career Firefighter/EMT with the Manchester Township Department of Fire Services and Deputy Chief of the York County Hazardous Materials Emergency Response Team, Rich has worked with CSH since May, 2000. A graduate from Penn State University, he has a B.S. in Business Logistics and is from York, PA. Rich is involved with all aspects of the software implementation cycle for CSH clients. This includes selling, installing and customizing the software, and then training and supplying technical support to the users. He thanks his family, wife Kim, step-daughter Kaitlyn and son Kyle for their support, and enjoys time with his dog Dawson (a 180 lb. English Mastiff).
